Douliana
the neighborhood

The village of Douliana is officially declared by the  Greek Cultural Ministry as “traditional settlement of distinct natural beauty”

The population during winter is not more than 20 people, while during summer it goes around 40 (locals)

All of them are smiling, warm hearted people, without commercialized hospitality and faking attitude towards tourists.

The village is on a dead end . road does not pass through Douliana to somewhere else. This is an important element for your vacation decision.

This small village is literally a neighborhood by its own. Explore the alleys and the small forests around the village. Nights in Douliana are unique. Don’t be a tourist. Blend with the locals and enjoy some genuine rare moments of a culture that is fading away.
