A deposit at the day of booking. Full payment and a bond of €50, is due on the arrival day. The bond will be returned to you once you have vacated and the Villa has been inspected for damage.
Cancellation Policy: From date of booking until 40 days before departure = 50% of the deposit will be required.
Less than 40 days = 100% of the deposit will be required.

Arriving from Heraclion:
Follow the highway towards Chania. Locate the exit for Kalives. (Ιt is a tricky one. Get prepared after Vrisses because it is on a turn. If you miss it then you can get the next one Kalami Kalives)
When you arrive in Kalives, follow the direction for Vamos.
After you pass the small Tsivaras Village, and before Vamos, you will follow the signs to Douliana (left and then left again)
As soon as you enter Douliana, the 1st building that you will meet in your left is an old Carpentry Shop (notice the big black wooden saw that hangs over door).
Right after the workshop there is a narrow alley at your left. Take it and drive slowly till the end of the road. You have arrived. Pick a spot for your parking.
Arriving from Chania
From the airport, follow the signs with general direction towards Heraclion. Enter the highway (national road) . Locate and follow the exit for Kalives . The first one says KALAMI KALIVES. Ignore that one. Go for the second .
ARMENI KALIVES. Exit the highway and immediately turn left. Then follow the signs for Vamos. After you pass the small Tsivaras Village, and before Vamos, you will follow the signs to Douliana (left and then left again)
